I managed the residential team on the $2 billion renovation of the iconic Waldorf Astoria in New York. This project transforms the historic hotel into a mixed-use property with 375 residential units and 375 hotel rooms. We restored the landmarked Art Deco exterior and updated the interior to ensure modern luxury. The renovation includes high-end amenities such as a 25-meter indoor pool, fitness center, spa, lounges, and a private theater, blending historic charm with contemporary comfort​.
